- How soon can we start?
Most retainers kick off within 7 days of signing. Website and app projects start after a discovery workshop, usually within two weeks.
- Is ad spend included in your retainer?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn from your own account. Our fee covers strategy, creative and management.
- Do you work with startups?
Yes — our Launch plan is designed for early-stage brands. We also offer project-based pricing for one-time website or branding work.
- Is there a minimum contract period?
Retainers have a 3-month minimum so campaigns have time to learn and optimise. After that, it is month-to-month.
